With 20 years of experience, I am now a freelance consultant for major groups such as L'Oréal, Orange, and Rakuten.

I am also the part-time CTO of a startup I co-founded, Airplan, specializing in the automated design of administrative files for building permits.

Previously, for 10 years, I was CTO and partner of an agency specializing in mobile applications, through which I worked in several countries for major clients in media (M6, RTL), telecommunications (Bouygues Telecom, VOO), banking (AXA Banque), aviation (Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa group), home care/health (Braun), sports (International Olympic Committee), retail (La Poste, bpost), luxury (LVMH), and culture (Opéra National de Paris).

I have both technical and business skills, equally capable of managing and supporting a development team as well as supporting a project defense or leading a conference.

My best skills are:

- Organizing, leading, recruiting, and uniting development teams (development, project management, product ownership, architecture, testing, ...) locally or near-shore, with an adapted methodology

- Aligning different stakeholders and/or service providers with each other, both functionally and technically, so that development teams work at their maximum productivity

- Architecting a complete solution (backend, API, external dependencies, ...) and exploring the technological challenges of a project

- Increasing the quality level of a product

- Industrializing processes and methods

I am generally appreciated for my technical expertise, my ability to align and lead teams from different backgrounds, my speed, and my efficiency in identifying and remedying weaknesses in an architecture or product.
