⚡️ Since 2017, I've had the privilege of making a living from my entrepreneurship. I've created 5 companies and am a board member of a societal impact association in its early stages.

🤩 With 20 years of experience in industry, management, project management, and business financing in France and internationally, I am pleased to put my multiple skills to work for idea creators and leaders on their business model and financial management challenges.

💪 My daily mission is to:

● support project creators and student entrepreneurs in transforming their ideas into a sustainable business model,

● create the conditions for solopreneurs to live serenely from their activity,

● build with leaders and their teams a human-sized, resilient company, resolutely focused on the future.

❓ Some examples of missions:

● Facilitating strategic thinking workshops for project creators, startup or SME management teams

● Producing business plans - financial & narrative - for debt, grant, or seed funding rounds (+ €10 million in 5 years)

● Mapping business models using the Business Model Canvas format (approx. 100 models per year) - a basis for work and reflection in the context of commercial development, defining new acquisition channels, resource optimization...

● Creating and facilitating events around creation (design thinking workshops, innovation weekends...)

● (Re)defining the value proposition, customer segmentation, creating sales pitches, supporting sales teams for a startup

● Support for external growth for several SMEs

● Transition management (general or commercial management)
