- Set up a Portfolio Management process, OKRs and performance metrics with Chief Marketing Officer + Head of e-Commerce + IT

Set up a roadmapping approach to create realistic quarter plans and commitments aligned with strategic priorities (80 people):

- Assessed the Mangopay's ways of working, led an internal coalition to drive improvements, defined Mangopay's framework with team representatives

- Facilitated an enhanced roadmapping process, based on data and involving all stakeholders

- Coached the Product & Tech teams to help them solve their specific pain points (e.g. testing practices, visiblity of delivery, metrics)

- Revamped the delivery management tools for multi-team delivery and performance follow-up (Jira and add-ons)
