- Manage a department of 19 agents composed of 4 offices (3 technical + Switchboard)

- Ensure service continuity and crisis management.

- Decline and implement the departmental SIC strategy by integrating national strategic orientations (DTNUM, SGAMI) and the expectations of local decision-makers (Prefect of the department, Secretary General of the Prefecture and the directors of DDI)

As project coordinator, I support national stakeholders and project management activities. I ensure proper coordination with eu-LISA and represent France at following advisory groups: Entry/Exit System (EES), European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS)
