I have over 20 years of experience in recruitment.

Whether as a consultant, a firm manager, or even an HR Director.

So I have recruited a lot and for many sectors of activity and all types of positions.

But I must admit that I am more comfortable with the world of Startups or innovative companies :)

This can involve supporting you for a specific need or setting up an entire process for mass recruitment.

I work throughout France, on-site or remotely.

My process begins with significant upfront work to understand the framework, the project, the context, and the organization. Then comes the position and then the profile.

I conduct the search myself (except for large volumes) to capture all the elements that candidates provide me, like an artisan, an investigator.

...to finally select and have you meet 2 to 4 profiles at the end of the process. I attend the presentation (in person or video) to help you make your decision.

I frequently train my clients in recruitment interviews.

I can also help you decide between candidates you have already met and are hesitating between.

Always open to discussions, I will be happy to talk with you about your recruitment project and the methodology to implement (headhunting, job postings, social media, personality tests, etc.).
