Today,I am putting this experience at the service of entrepreneurs and leadersthrough:

I help founders structure and negotiate their equity financing, with a simple goal:raise funds without excessive dilution.

Unlike Shark Tank or Who Wants to Be My Partner models,I have developed an approach that allowed me to structure rounds where I remained heavily involved in the equity- always above 40% - even when facing seasoned angel investors and VCs.It is this pragmatic method that I now pass on to the entrepreneurs I coach.

My expertise is based as much on my successes... as on my failures.I myself was ousted from one of my companies by a very minority but very influential shareholder, in a hostile takeover. I lost a lot (a lot) at the time... then I bounced back.

From this(very) unpleasant**but incredibly instructive experience**, I have developedconcrete tools for founder protection**, which no one had ever offered me, starting with my (sometimes very "expensive") lawyers. Today, **I pass them on to prevent others from falling into the same traps.

My approach is also **educational**: I teach in several business schools, with a method validated by both my students and the teachers.

When I truly believe in a project, I also know how to adapt my commitment…including on the terms.
