Frédéric Bordage

Frédéric is recognized as one of the world's experts in quantifying and reducing the environmental impacts of digital technology. For 25 years, he has advised major private and public organizations and contributed his expertise to public authorities in France and Europe. He is particularly interested in ways to combat planned obsolescence, notably through the eco-design of digital services, and in digital technology as a tool to move more quickly and effectively towards sustainable models – social, environmental, and economic. He has just published the first LCA on the environmental impacts of artificial intelligence worldwide.
