Ensure the corrective/evolutionary maintenance of approximately 80 Excel applications.

These applications are in 2 main areas:

- Commercial/contract area with a number of applications that ensure contractual and commercial obligations are met

- Gas sector with applications for monitoring gas pipelines (load, work, decision support, ...)

As most of the applications were developed directly by the business, the mission requires a very good knowledge of Excel/VBA. It is indeed necessary to both understand the existing system and propose improvements that do not completely challenge what has been done.

This mission requires good agility and good functional understanding skills.

1. Development of a transport route scheduling application

--> In addition to the routes calculated by SAP, this allows the transport manager to adjust the generated routes based on various parameters (weight, volume, turnover, last-minute changes, ...).

2. Development of a visit planner for sales representatives/managers as a complement to C4C (SAP)

--> The planner will allow the creation of a customer visit schedule based on various data cross-references (decrease in turnover, debt amount, frequency, ...). Interfaced with C4C via odata and webservices

3. Development of a supplier data collection solution

--> The objective is twofold: request for referencing a new item for agencies and data enrichment (in relation with suppliers) for already referenced items (over 1.2 million items). Excel files intended for suppliers are dynamically generated according to nomenclature combinations

4. Development of a pricing simulation application

--> The objective of this application is to refine margin rates along several axes (product nomenclature, store organization, ...) in order to load this data into SAP

1. Support for the migration from Office 2003 to Office 2010

2. Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of Office applications in close collaboration with portfolio managers and traders

3. Creation of a Cash Management application: calculation and execution of daily orders to manage portfolio liquidity
