My role is to bring order, method, and clarity to environments where real estate, banking, wealth, taxation, construction, tenant relations, financing, and family decisions intersect.

With over 25 years of experience in banking, wealth management, team leadership, and family office operations, I offer a perspective that is simultaneously financial, asset-based, and operational.

I intervene specifically on:

- Taking charge of residential or mixed real estate portfolios;

- Auditing rental portfolios: rents, charges, vacancies, arrears, leases, risks, and improvement margins;

- Organizing information, documents, deadlines, and tracking tools;

- Coordinating with banks, notaries, lawyers, accountants, property managers, agencies, and service providers;

- Monitoring sensitive issues: construction projects, tenant disputes, inheritances, co-ownerships, arbitrations, or refinancing;

- Preparing complex banking, asset, or real estate files;

- Implementing clearer governance around assets.

As a former banker, and now as a property owner and private family member myself, I understand the expectations of financial institutions, the points of vigilance for advisors, and the practical difficulties encountered in the daily management of assets.

I provide my clients with senior, discreet, and operational support, capable of structuring information, facilitating dialogue between the right contacts, and informing important decisions.

Based in Paris, I undertake one-off, transitional, or long-term support missions, either in person or remotely.
