For each project, my process is generally the same. I start by establishing specifications if the client does not already provide them, then I create mockups to get an idea of the final design, then I list all the technologies to be used which I validate with the client so that they can have an idea of the fixed costs related to maintenance. Finally, I develop the application, have the client test it, and then deploy it.

I never finish a project without the client being 100% satisfied, because the client's satisfaction is also mine.
