I work with companies that sense: The way things have always been done is no longer working.

When leadership consists only of calendar appointments, teams have long been distant internally, or culture is plastered everywhere but barely lived, that's where I come in. I support companies in further developing leadership, collaboration, and culture so that change is not just discussed, but actually happens in everyday life.

My approach combines business psychology, organizational development, leadership development, and communication. I don't see culture as a feel-good topic, but as a real success factor: How do we lead? How do we talk to each other? Where do we lose people? What is needed for teams to take responsibility again, for trust to emerge, and for good people to want to stay?

I bring experience from marketing, communication, academy building, operations, and building new departments. That's why I don't just stay on a meta-level, but translate topics like psychological safety, retention, change, and leadership into clear formats, workshops, sparring sessions, and concrete next steps.

Typical projects include culture and leadership analyses, workshops for leaders and teams, sparring for people & culture managers, change communication, retention concepts, and formats for better collaboration.
