- Manufacturing traceability across the entire chain (from ingot growth furnaces to wafer dicing): data remodeling and reconstruction of operational monitoring and daily management indicators
- Integration of wafer metrology data as part of the replacement of the HENNECKE station with SEMILAB equipment: definition of relevant measures, associated indicators, and data lineage, in collaboration with process, quality, and production teams
- Training of novice users and targeted support for analytical profiles, enabling the deployment of Power BI reports for daily factory management and advanced analyses for the Process team, with a significant reduction in the feedback loop between the field and decision-making.
This integration subsequently allowed the BI platform to be opened up to the factory's industrial data (Industry 4.0) — industrial furnaces and saws, automated cells — in order to capture manufacturing parameters more finely and continuously improve production processes.A data analysis MVP (Azure Cognitive Services) was implemented for early detection of crystallization defects at the brick level. Image flows from industrial equipment were ingested into a Data Lake, then processed with Event Hub / Functions to execute models.
