- Acasus is a global strategy consulting firm based in Baar (Switzerland) advising governments.

- Led the implementation of the strategy execution process using OKRs for two initiatives addressing household demand barriers to vaccination and improving vaccine supply chain management.

- Managed a multidisciplinary team of local and international consultants (Doctors, consultants).

- Analyzed last-mile vaccine distribution data to enhance both the adoption of the logistics App by field logisticians and the quality of vaccines distribution processes for continuous improvement.

- Developed and implemented SOPs to enhance accountability in the vaccine distribution process

- Prepared, monitored a survey in 50,000 households in DR. Congo, and analyzed data to provide insights on demand barriers.

- Prepared and delivered bi-monthly reports to the Gates Foundation Grants Manager.

- Selected results: Addressed household-level barriers to childhood immunization and decreased last-mile vaccine stockouts from 45% to 5% across five provinces in the Democratic Republic of Congo

- Supported the development of the IT Advisory Business Line, leading the sale and successful delivery of 15+ high impact projects worth ~€1.8m for clients in the public and financial sectors (Information security internal control framework design, information security policies, business processes audits, access management audits for Business applications, regulatory compliance projects like DORA, cybersecurity PMO, …).

- Trained and mentored 15+ team members over ~3 years, contributing significantly to the team capacity building and business growth.

- Led a strategic working session with the French banking regulator (ACPR) to prepare an awareness campaign on the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

- Selected results: Designed a 3-year strategic roadmap for Business Line growth, strengthened the cyber resilience frameworks of financial institutions (French Development Agency, Covea)

- Managed the end-to-end sales and delivery of 10+ high-impact projects (Information security internal control testing, information security policies, business processes audits, access management audits for Business applications, IT Master Plan,…).

- Provided training and mentorship to a team of 5, significantly contributing to the growth and market positioning of Forvis Mazars’ IT Advisory services.

- Selected results: restructuration of the Stock Exchange of Central Africa, restructuration of the clearing house of Central African countries, digital maturity assessment of major banks
