Accounting management for a multi-entity holding company operating 5 franchised bakeries in France. Beyond standard accounting, I progressively built the internal management tools that didn't exist in the standard stack.

Achievements:

• Construction of a consolidated multi-site HTML dashboard (Revenue, Gross Margin, Food Cost, Staff Costs, Prime Cost, Revenue Loss), real-time sync via Dropbox API, anomaly alerts vs. French targets, PDF export, full-screen TV mode. Used daily by the manager and the accounting firm.

• Automated allocation of supplier invoices into budget categories, with specific rules per store.

• Monthly multi-entity accounting, including cash, delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Deliveroo), and suppliers.

• Preparation of multi-site payroll variables.

• Internal FEC audit: detection of supplier anomalies (duplicates, invoice/delivery note discrepancies), corrections delivered in 490 cells + 45 formulas.

Tools: e-winfic, Advanced Excel, Python (pandas, openpyxl), Dropbox API, HTML/JS.

Skill development period in data tools applied to accounting: Advanced Excel, Python (pandas, openpyxl), automation of repetitive tasks.

This transition laid the foundation for my current approach, combining field accounting with the industrialization of internal tools.

First accounting experience within a company specializing in stores and interior design. Routine accounting for the head office.
