Accountant since 2019 (multi-site restaurant holding, 5 establishments) and developer, I combine two rarely complementary professions: accounting and coding. The result: management tools and financial analyses that leaders actually use.

Three areas of intervention:

1. MANAGEMENT: Multi-site dashboards (Revenue, margins, payroll, losses, automatic alerts), outsourced management control, budget vs. actual. Achievement: consolidated dashboard for a group of 5 bakeries, monthly reporting reduced from 2 days to 2 hours. Standalone file, readable on mobile, no data sent to an external service.

2. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS: One-off high-value diagnostics, delivered in 48-72 hours with a sourced recommendation note. Examples: analysis of equity and eligibility for public aid (EU definition of company in difficulty, BPI grant applications), forecasts and business plans, investor reporting for startups, electronic invoicing compliance (flow analysis, choice of approved platform, configuration, training: deadline September 1, 2026).

3. AUTOMATION: Allocation of supplier invoices, customer reminders, consistency checks on accounting exports (FEC), automated reporting. Python + Excel/Power Query. Noted gain: from 45 minutes to 5 minutes per invoice processed.

My method: your accounting firm handles the production of accounts and tax returns; I handle everything around it: data, tools, analyses, processes. Fixed-price quotes with dated deliverables and deadlines.
