I am Frank Haberbosch.

My Journey – From Technology to Transformation
I started my career in IT. For over a decade, I developed innovative products in the IT industry, managed projects, and built systems that were supposed to work – and often did.
But at some point, I realized: Technology was never the real problem. It was always the people, the structures, the cultures. Systems can do everything right – and yet a project fails if managers and teams don't pull together.
This realization changed my path.
From systems developer to organizational developer. From project manager to coach. From entrepreneur to someone who helps others truly develop their business – from the inside out, with conviction and method.
What Drives Me
I believe that every company has the potential for innovation within it. But this potential is only unleashed when leaders are willing to lead the way themselves – in their attitude, in their behavior, in the way they shape culture.
My conviction is simple: A company will never be more innovative than its leaders. That's exactly where I start.
In my work, I accompany leaders and organizations in developing an innovation culture that isn't just on paper – but is lived daily. This sometimes means asking uncomfortable questions. But always: real change.
