I helped authenticate the domain used for Emailing campaigns, between the emailing platform and the website host.

This is to adapt to the latest Gmail & Yahoo deliverability rules (to avoid blocks / spam).

But it is also a good practice to implement for all ISPs!

The client had recurring spam issues on specific domains.

My mission was to audit their emailing activity to find the sources of these problems and provide short-term/long-term solutions.

I also reported all elements related to improving the Emailing strategy that contributed directly or indirectly to the improvement/stabilization of deliverability (blocks & spam).

Finally, I took the opportunity to review the good & bad practices, sometimes little-known, that still allow for deliverability work, as well as KPI optimization and time spent on this lever.

I shared my knowledge and provided assistance on several topics related to deliverability optimization: how to avoid spam and blocks.

We checked authentication parameters, blacklists, templates (best practices to apply), contact lists (behavioral segmentation, checks, database cleaning), and other aspects related to emailing strategy (commercial pressure, incentives, resends, platform choice, migration...).
