• Solution implementation and adoption: Design and execution of adoption strategies (train the trainers), ensuring effective use of tools, processes, and working models at the organizational level. Global environment with +20 countries and +10,000 users, enabling project and PMO management of hundreds of initiatives through tools, standards, and governance models.

Experience in project management and digital transformation in corporate environments, leading operational and technological improvement initiatives. Project Management: Planning, milestone tracking, and risk management, coordinating teams and ensuring deliverable quality. Client and Stakeholder Management: Direct client relationship, expectation management, and business objective alignment. Process Optimization: Design and implementation of automation solutions (RPA) and operational efficiency improvements.
