For 8 years, I was a founder and CPO.

I launched, tested, iterated, threw away, started over.

I built products from scratch, recruited teams, aligned visions when nothing was clear anymore.

I am a freelance Product Manager.

I step in when a v1 needs to take off, a product strategy needs structuring, a team needs unblocking, or the foundation for a meaningful product needs laying.

What I do:

– I structure the different product phases: Discovery > Problem Framing > Solution Design > Delivery > GTM

– I coach junior PMs and CEOs to teach them to think “problem” before “feature”

– I train product teams in autonomy and prioritization

– I obviously help with operational tasks (writing and prioritizing EPICs & US, rituals...) to accelerate your teams

My results:

– 6 products launched

– 3 teams recruited and trained

– CEOs / CPOs who stop micromanaging

– 0 useless slide. 0 gadget feature.
