With 10 years of proactive CSR management in business unit direction, I can assure you that CSR is a process of excellence that infuses daily practices, in organization, team skill development, risk prevention and management, reduction of energy consumption, responsible purchasing practices, with the permanent goal of continuous improvement of performance both internally and externally.

One would have to be deaf and blind not to realize it: yesterday's world is no more, tomorrow's world is to be created and will necessarily be organized around CSR (namely Economy, Social, and Environment).

In my responsibilities, my actions have led to:

- Company Certification ISO 9001, ISO 14001

with a process approach focused on efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

- The company's registration with the UN Global Compact with 10 strong engagement rules relating to Human Rights, Working Conditions, the Environment, and the fight against corruption.

- Obtaining - from Ecovadis, the global standard for CSR assessments - the Gold rating with a score of 93/100 possible points.

Beyond logistical technical performance requirements, my management is based on developing the skills of departments, implementing and supervising processes, monitoring, preventing and managing risks, as vectors for continuous improvement of the company's performance.
