François Ruty

Former co-founder/CTO of a tech startup (first cloud rendering for special effects studios, then AI satellite image analysis for defense), I have full-stack experience, whether it's web (front+back), infrastructure and devOps, but also machine learning (Keras, tensorflow etc).

I can contribute at a high level (strategy, digital transformation), as well as at an operational level (technical audit, code review, feature implementation, tech team organization etc).

I offer my clients a CTO as a service package: I achieve the tech and business objectives assigned to me.

I pay particular attention to business strategy, i.e. I ensure that the tech effort considered aligns well with the strategy, and that resources are allocated correctly. I can easily enter a codebase. I am generally called upon for transitional CTO needs, or full-stack audits to correct problems with stack choices and/or organizational issues.

I also regularly work on advanced AI and machine learning projects, so I am perfectly aware of the state of the art.
