With Connectitpeople, I co-build the missing operating model: a co-design workshop that reveals what's really blocking progress, followed by a tool-assisted deployment on Notion that anchors practices over time.

The method relies on a framework for individual cognitive development — each participant enters the workshop with an understanding of their own functioning, not just an intuition. This ensures that co-design starts from people's reality, not an organizational chart.

Tested on a dozen field workshops. Framework aligned with CPS Santé Publique France.

Design and facilitation of a workshop for the Learning XP week at a major digital school. Around twenty engineering students, from undergraduate to master's level.

Objective: to provide a concrete understanding of how cognitive, emotional, and social skills change the way of working in a Lean-Agile organization — and how AI is profoundly modifying it.

What participants took away: not a course on soft skills. An experience of co-construction that put them in a practical situation.

Strategic studies and change management to integrate soft skills and scaled agility into the European digital skills standard (e-CF).

Deliverable: a use case published in the CIGREF job nomenclature — the first operational formalization of considering behavioral competencies in this framework.
