As a freelance consultant, I work with various clients, from startups to large corporations, helping them identify and implement technological solutions tailored to their needs. I specialize particularly in process optimization, complex technological project management, and support in the creation and development of entrepreneurial projects. In parallel, I offer training and lead conferences on topics related to innovation, AI, and entrepreneurship, aimed at professionals, associations, and educational institutions. NexTrip offers an all-in-one travel platform leveraging AI to provide personalized, attractive, and environmentally conscious travel, free for everyone. Our mission is to make travel accessible and enjoyable for all, regardless of their budget, by integrating all stages of the trip onto a single platform.

I developed the AI, the platform, and a team to continue the development, maintenance, and improvement of our project.

During my experience as a technical support engineering apprentice in building at PPG Architectural Coating France, I acquired essential skills while actively contributing to the company's success.

Here is an overview of my role and achievements:

1. Expert Technical Support:

- Providing first-rate technical support to clients, primarily construction and architecture professionals.

- Responding quickly and accurately to customer technical questions, resolving complex issues, and advising on the most suitable coating products for their needs.

- Building strong customer relationships as a trusted partner, thereby enhancing PPG's reputation in the industry.

2. International Software Improvement Project:

- Actively participating in a major project aimed at improving software used globally within the PPG group.

- Identifying user needs, proposing improvement and implementation solutions.

- Collaborating closely with international teams to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure an optimal user experience.

3. Technical Expertise and Collaboration:

- Developing in-depth expertise in architectural coatings, including quality standards, product properties, and industry best practices.

- Fruitful collaborations with talented and passionate colleagues, fostering knowledge exchange and complex problem-solving.

This experience at PPG AC France has been a cornerstone of my professional journey. It allowed me to acquire a combination of technical, project management, and interpersonal skills. I am grateful to have contributed to the success of this company.
