Independent consultant and founder of Umanità Conseils, I support VSEs, SMEs, artisans, and retailers in structuring and developing their digital communication.

My role is to help small and medium-sized businesses clarify their image, structure their online presence, and attract clients in a consistent and sustainable way, even with limited resources.

- Conducting comprehensive communication diagnostics (brand image, website, social media, local visibility)

- Defining digital strategies adapted to small structures (objectives, target audiences, messages, channels)

- Creating or redesigning showcase websites (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)

- Optimizing natural referencing (local SEO): site structure, content, keywords, Google Business Profile

- Implementing social media presence strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

- Creating editorial calendars and supporting content production

- Advising on brand positioning, visual consistency, and commercial messaging

- Ongoing client support: adjusting actions, prioritizing, skill development

- Opening and managing several leisure and multi-activity complexes (Paintball, Karting, Laser Game, Virtual Reality, Arcade Rooms, Karaoke, etc.)

- Recruitment, training, and management of teams of over 30 people.

- Responsible for organizing events for up to 150 simultaneous participants, over 500 participants per day.

- Development of a complete marketing and commercial strategy including brand creation, graphic design, website creation, SEO, community management, photo & video content creation, sponsorship, and partnerships with influencers and companies.
