Participation in the creation of a custom ERP for one of the French leaders in personal services.

I mainly took care of:

- The entire HR part,

- Gateway to Sage and Silae payroll,

- Gateway to accounting (Quadratus),

- Regulations,

- Mail merge

Integration / development / operational management for a large WordPress implementation with more than 100 plugins within a team of 5-6 freelancers

- Creation of online calculators (javascript)

- Adaptation / creation of visuals

- Modifications of various templates (responsive grids with Flexbox)

- Technical support management with plugin authors

- Installation and management of two servers (disaster recovery) with real-time replication of folders and the MySql server.

- Migration to new servers without offline.

- Performance optimization

- Installation and configuration of the WPRocket cache plugin

Creation of a WordPress theme optimized for SEO thanks to its Silo structure.

Optimization of templates in order to have as few internal links as possible without semantics (example on images), sharing links in javascript, elimination of duplicate links as much as possible.

Development of a library of components dedicated to WordPress.

Creation of 11 exclusive widgets, various plugins including a minimalist SEO plugin to manage the essential functions: personalized title and description tag, indexing or not of archives...

Creation of a theme configuration panel exclusively with the WP APIs.

Technologies used:

- Twitter Bootstrap,

- JQuery, Ajax

- CSS3, Less, Grunt,

Respect for WordPress best practices, in particular the almost exclusive use of its native functions in order to maximize the theme's upward compatibility.

Notable external libraries:

Flex Slider, an excellent responsive carousel,

PhotoSwipe for the LightBox.

Note that PhotoSwipe is currently the best javascript library for creating a completely responsive slideshow that supports most gestures on a touch screen: Zoom in and out, drag down to close, etc...

All while respecting response times (TTFB) of less than 200ms, less than 150ms in general and this without a cache plugin.
