Growth & Marketing Ops at Yeita, a Parisian collective of Product Management consulting and training, supporting large accounts (Sephora, France TV, Thales, Accor, Groupama, La Banque Postale) in

Technical Assistance, coaching, and training.

My scope: industrializing the collective's B2B acquisition, to transition marketing from a predominantly manual execution to an automated system that feeds the sales pipeline. Over the last 3

months, 12 multichannel campaigns launched in sprints of 2 to 3 weeks, across three parallel axes.

Inbound. Post-download workflows for lead magnets (Product playbooks, OKR guides) that nurture incoming contacts and route them to the right offer.

Outbound. Targeted multichannel cold email and LinkedIn sequences for CPOs, Heads of Product, and PMs in the Île-de-France region. Message writing with the team, execution in Lemlist and Phantombuster.

Ops and data. Xano as the central database (contacts, scoring, deduplication, APIs), n8n to orchestrate exchanges between tools, recurring dashboards to make decisions based on key figures (open rates,

responses, qualified appointments).

Operated stack: n8n and Claude at the core, complemented by Xano for the database, Brevo and Lemlist for campaigns, Folk as CRM, Phantombuster for enrichment.

What I build at Yeita, I build in the same spirit on a freelance mission: a system that runs in production, documented, operable by the internal team after my departure.
