- Migration from Adobe Flex to React following the discontinuation of Flex development by Adobe.

- Version upgrade from Java 6 to 8 and associated frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).

- Migration of ODI flows to Stambia for license cost control.

Design, development, and management of the product catalog software core for e-commerce (Java/Spring).

Management of the outsourced development project and launch of the first Supermarchés Match e-commerce sites in France and Benelux, based on a Magento 1 architecture.

Internalization of the Magento solution post-launch, full supervision of developments across the entire chain, from catalog management to integration with the e-commerce site and order processing.

Supervision of a team of 4 people for the development and maintenance of internal applications and e-commerce.
