At Tacter, I worked on the organic growth and marketing of a gaming startup, focusing on TikTok, Instagram, product adoption, and user understanding.

I helped grow the TikTok account to around 60,000 followers by testing hooks, short-form formats, creative angles, and content tailored to the gaming community. In parallel, I worked on personas, creative campaigns, user feedback, product friction points, and messaging to better present the platform.

This experience taught me to connect content creation, performance analysis, and product goals: not to publish randomly, but to understand what captures attention, what converts, and how to transform audience signals into more useful marketing decisions.

As a freelancer, I developed an English-language content creation business around Teamfight Tactics, building an audience of 26,000 subscribers on YouTube and an active community around my content.

I managed the entire production chain: idea research, angles, scripts, thumbnails, editing, publishing, performance analysis, and iteration. Several videos surpassed 100,000 views, with distribution also driven by Discord, TikTok, X, Reddit, Twitch, and a newsletter.

This experience allowed me to work on creativity, editorial consistency, understanding gaming communities, and monetizing an audience through YouTube, Twitch, premium Discord, and brand partnerships.

Regional Customer Experience referent within the leadership committee, aligned with national Orange France guidelines. Scope: 36 Orange stores in Grand Est, supporting commercial directors and store managers. Translated national priorities into field actions, follow-up routines and manager communication. Analyzed gaps between central guidelines, operational reality and perceived customer quality.
