Coach and trainer in personal development and management, I support professionals and organizations in developing essential human skills: communication, managerial posture, conflict management, and emotional intelligence.

Certified in the DISC tool, I use this approach to help individuals identify their behavioral preferences and interact better in sometimes complex environments. It is a powerful lever for developing cooperation, adaptability, and collective performance.

My teaching method is experiential and benevolent: I favor role-playing, discussions, and concrete awareness-raising to ensure that learning is durably anchored in professional practice.

I conduct both inter- and intra-company training sessions and individual coaching: stress management, managerial posture, non-violent communication, leadership, and change management support.
