Created and managed the AI & Data program at UBI Solutions (mid-sized company, 200+ employees, Supply Chain) — transformation + implementation, from scratch to production deployment.

Product aspect:

→ Designed and launched the first AI Assistant for Supply Chain — from product vision to field deployment

→ Integrated AI into existing systems (ERP, WMS) — not a separate POC, a component in operations

Internal transformation aspect:

→ Deployed AI in support functions: HR (candidate screening, onboarding), Admin (invoice processing, document management), Finance

→ Trained and supported business teams in the daily use of AI tools

→ Structured data governance, implementation methodology, and change management

Result: in 18 months, AI went from non-existent to a daily used tool — not just by tech, but by HR, Admin, and Operations.

Co-founded and developed Pyxo, a food returnable packaging startup (circular economy).

What I learned for my clients today: when you build a tech product from scratch, you learn to deliver quickly, integrate complex systems (APIs, IoT, ERP), and onboard teams who didn't ask to change their habits. That's exactly what I do now with AI.
