François-Xavier Decarpentrie

I am pleased to write this review for François-Xavier, who has successfully completed the mission of creating a new mobile application for monitoring spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) symptoms in Japan. From the beginning of the project, FX took the time to fully understand all the specific constraints and challenges related to this application: adaptation for the Japanese market, consideration of the particular needs of patients with SMA, and the desire to offer a user-friendly tool to facilitate patient-doctor dialogue. Despite the complexity of the task, he demonstrated excellent listening skills and pragmatically identified the key points to address. Throughout the project, François-Xavier was very responsive and brought many creative ideas to meet all the set objectives. Thanks to his UX/UI expertise, he designed an ergonomic interface accessible to everyone. His facilitation skills were also very useful during co-creation workshops with the various stakeholders. Furthermore, the quality of the data visualization graphics he designed will allow both patients and doctors to accurately track symptom progression. I would like to highlight François-Xavier's exemplary collaboration with the development team throughout the project; his pedagogical approach and kindness contributed to effectively resolving all encountered constraints. Overall, François-Xavier successfully completed this mission with great professionalism. Through his quality work, he provided the Japanese market with a tool that perfectly met their needs. I will not hesitate to call upon his skills again for future projects and recommend him without reservation.
