I am a qualified and experienced skipper looking for new opportunities. I also worked as a biologist, nature guide and scuba diving guide with several years of experience in these fields.

I spent the last years working around Tromsø, the Lofoten islands and last year in Svalbard.

I studied Biology in France my home country, and achieved to obtain the degree of Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Biology of populations.

I then had the opportunity to work in different structures and locations as a biologist and conservationist, for instance as an observer-guide in the Bay of Somme to monitor the largest colony of seals in France; I used to take people observe birds in the same area where you can find a very large number of migrating species, as they rest and feed during their journey.

I worked with Picardie Nature on this project;

Later on, I went to the Azores to work as a guide on whale watching boats collecting at the same times datas on cetaceans populations which were later processed at the university of Ponta Delgada, São Miguel.

On the same islands of Portugal, I later lead a project to study the diet of two different species of rays ( the eagle ray and the common stingray) at the university of Angra do Heroismo, on the island of Terceira.

Following I worked during 3 seasons on a project focused on the humpback whale behaviour in their breeding grounds in the Caribbean.

Apart from these different positions as a biologist I worked as a scuba diving guide and skipper in different locations, the last years in Norway where I was mainly based in Tromsø area and the Lofoten islands and around Svalbard.
