With an accounting background, after 20 years of working in a firm as head of accounting expertise and auditing, I transitioned to managing ESMS. For 12 years in a permanent position with 2 interim management roles (8 months in 2015, 7 months in 2017). Upon leaving my permanent position at the end of June 2022, I followed with a 3-month interim role in an EHPAD, then 3 months in an EHPAD, then 5 months in an association managing 1 FAM and 2 SESSAD. At the same time, I am developing a small business providing budget support (ERRD, EPRD, PPI).
