Context:

Within the Client Unit - Engagement & Contract Management entity

Carrying out costing and service quotes for IT solutions.

Responsible for developing complex and innovative solutions for the group's clients.

Mission:

The TSM is responsible for developing complex or innovative technical solutions directly with the client.

He/She builds solutions based on the BP2I service and solution offering, relies on architects, project managers, and engineers within BP2I, and, if necessary, in combination with external services/solutions. He/She integrates all components of the solution into the proposal: hardware, software, infrastructure, services, necessary resources.

He/She proposes solutions for complex and/or multi-year client requests by building the associated financial model.

His/Her work significantly influences sales and contract drafting. He/She contributes to commitment management and is in direct contact with the client.

Technical Environment:

Over 50,000 servers, 4000 Business Applications across multiple Datacenters. Managed Budget: Millions of Euros excluding tax.

Client Project:

The objective of the DCC program is one of the pillars of the AIT Program (Allianz Infrastructure Transformation), which consists of consolidating all Allianz Group Data Centers into a limited number of strategic Data Centers.

The DCC project is under the responsibility of Allianz IT (+2000 person-days, budget > €100M).

Context:

As part of this project, the infrastructures and applications managed by Allianz IT, currently installed in 2 data centers, will need to migrate to the Group's new Data Centers (E2/E1).

The objective for France is to migrate its infrastructures to the primary site of E2 with a backup site located in Europe (E1).

Mission:

Manage the activities of the "Technical Team" focused on the build & testing operations of infrastructure components within the framework of the DCC migration.

With the contribution of other members of the DCC Program (Technical lead, Technical team, Project managers, Move managers): Consolidate needs and requests from the "Workload migration" and "ITS Complexes" workstreams.

Identify constraints, establish & monitor the activity plan of the "Technical Team" to best meet the demands of other workstreams.

Define the ramp-up plan for technical resources. Staffing of IT profiles.

The scope of the mission also includes the following project management components: Planning & Coordination of AZ France and IBM France stakeholders.

Liaison with Group project stakeholders. Capacity synthesis of resource needs by profile type. Updating service provision contracts within the project framework.

Management of a team of about fifteen Level III experts (Unix, Windows, Citrix, DB2, Oracle, Network, CFT).

Technical Environment:

Migration of 1400 servers, 500 Business Applications, 100 infrastructure services.
