1) Digitalization of financial processes (automated accounting integration, interface creation using Talend, review of financial processes to simplify them, automation of consistency checks between different management tools, etc.)

2) Implementation of dashboards from data spread across ERP/Accounting/Supply Chain using Power BI

Full-time mission within the Financial Department. In a context of accounting software change, legal merger, and cash register software change, my role was to:

- Reorganize the department to better adapt to its new operating environment

- Coordinate teams to accelerate closing and interim reporting tasks

- Develop Power BI dashboards to track the progress of accounting processes in real-time and set priorities

- Develop tools to reduce accounting production time & improve quality

The ISISPHARMA laboratory comprises 2 entities (FR and CH) that develop and distribute a wide range of dermocosmetic products in 75 countries across 5 continents, with a turnover of €20 million. ✔ Monitor the P&L of the ISISPHARMA group daily (2 entities + 5 subsidiaries)
