🚗 Renault – Mobilize Financial Services (MFS)

🔹 Context:

MFS (Mobilize Financial Services) wanted to develop a neo-bank type banking application, intended to support its customers in their car financing and daily financial management.

🔹 Problems:

• Traditional banking solutions did not meet the expectations of new digital uses.

• Lack of a centralized and modern tool to manage payments, accounts, and car-related financial services.

• High regulatory and security requirements for launching a banking application.

🔹 Actions:

• Participation in the development of the banking application.

• Integration of financial APIs and secure payment services.

• Implementation of fluid and intuitive user journeys.

• Collaboration with product and design teams to align functionalities and user experience.

• Delivery of an innovative banking application compliant with security standards.

• Improved digital experience for Renault customers in managing their financial services.

🛂 DNUM – Digital Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior

🔹 Context:

DNUM manages and develops digital platforms related to public services. I worked on driving license management applications (public and public services platforms).

🔹 Problems:

• Driving license management processes still very fragmented and sometimes manual.

• Proliferation of platforms and complexity of access for users.

• Need to ensure the reliability of exchanges between citizens, public services, and partner organizations.

🔹 Actions:

• Improvement of user journeys for online procedures (application, tracking, return).

• Participation in the optimization of data flows between different stakeholders (citizens and administrations).

🔹 Results:

• Improved efficiency for public services in processing applications.

🔹Context:

7leieus Technology develops intelligent conversational agents capable of analyzing user interactions, whether for incident prevention or customer support improvement. My role focused on the maintenance and improvement of the backend of these solutions.

• Maintenance of a complex system integrating Machine Learning and voice data processing.

• Need to quickly fix bugs and optimize backend performance for critical uses.

🔹Actions:

• Backend maintenance and improvement.

• Optimization of data flows and server architecture for performance and reliability.

• Resolution of technical issues encountered in voice processing and behavioral classification.

• Collaboration with data and ML teams to integrate models into the backend system.
