2 video sessions of 1.5 hours: AI acculturation + identification of your use cases, then a 1-page action plan and roadmap. Occasional follow-up available at €80/45-min session.

2. AI Acculturation Conference – €400-700/hour (local networks: CPME, CCI, French Tech) | €1,800-2,000 half-day for companies

Overview of real AI uses, concrete examples adapted to your sector, demystification, use case workshop, post-conference memo sheet.

3. AI Training & Workshop Day – €700-800/day

On your actual tools and documents. Deliverables: personalized prompt library, configured AI assistant, 30-day action plan. Eligible for OPCO.

4. Monthly AI Support – €350/month (3-month minimum commitment)

2 video sessions of 1.5 hours per month. Monitoring of practices, new tools, responding to employee needs.
