• Design and dimensioning of structural elements supporting light ventilated facades; prefabricated; cladding; double walls according to Eurocodes 1-3-5-8; DTU 55.2; DTU 45.4; DTU 20.1

• Implementation of layout plans for execution and site monitoring

• Verification of assembly feasibility and selection of material types

• Drafting of technical reports and/or calculation notes; performing cost estimation and quantity surveying using SAGE.

• Ensuring consistency between calculations, plans, and fabrications with the workshop.

• Preparing FAB plans for production for the workshop.

• Study and analyze tender documents (new projects; rehabilitation; industrial; and agricultural). Perform quantity surveying and cost estimation using ONAYA.

• Optimize the cost coefficient and draft the Detailed Price Breakdown (DPGF) using ONAYA.

• Consult suppliers.
