Design and development of an AI assistant for a CFO / executive managing a safari group in Tanzania.

The goal: automate the processing of incoming emails to drastically reduce the time spent on sorting, task creation, and manual responses.

The assistant analyzes each received email and automatically classifies it by nature: informative, action required, simple reply, or spam. Depending on the case, it archives the email, creates a task in Todoist with a deadline and a link to the original email, or prepares a draft reply in Gmail, without ever sending automatically; the client always remains in control.

Implementation of a Notion database centralizing all logs: date, status, classification type, error details, and link to the source email. Several views configured for easy tracking: global view, per processing type view, and errors only view. In case of failure, the system automatically retries up to three times and then sends an alert to the client.

System orchestrated with self-hosted n8n, connected to Gmail, Todoist, and Notion. AI prompts are centralized in a Google Doc, modifiable at any time by the end-user without touching the system.

Deliverables:operational system, complete documentation, and tests on anonymized real data.

Intervention at Ypso Facto, a consulting and software development company for the pharmaceutical industry. The company was experiencing a blockage in its N8N automation workflows, impacting data synchronization with their CRM.

My mission:

→ Diagnosis and resolution of errors.

→ Testing and deployment of corrected workflows.

→ Writing a quick troubleshooting guide for client autonomy.

Migration of a WordPress site to a custom automated solution, to meet challenges of performance, scalability, and advanced content management at scale.

Mission:

Design and complete development of an automated Mini-CMS for a network of 6 French national directories, with a strong focus on content and SEO flow automation.

Automation-oriented approach:

From the design phase, the objective was to minimize manual interventions and automate recurring operations:

- automation of dynamic page generation from business variables

- automation of the management of municipalities, partners, and SEO redirects

- automation of media optimization (WebP conversion)

- automation of deployments via CI/CD

- architecture designed to absorb load increases without human action
