Results: Delivery of IT governance and service management maturity assessment, national ITSM/ITAM/CMDB transformation plan over 6/18/36 months, and development of ITIL procedures. • • Project Management for an international cement group: 1. complete digital transformation of industrial maintenance (4 production lines, 5 cogeneration plants, 80,000 equipment), global budget of 10 million dollars over 8 years.

• • Structuring and managing a dedicated ServiceNow Center of Excellence; reskilling program focused on European standards, in response to the structural shortage of qualified resources in the French market.

• • Development of consulting service lines in IT governance, infrastructure management, application development, and AI Platform Engineering.

• • Delivery management from pre-sales to production; client sectors: IT service providers, Retail, international industrials & CAC40.

• • Partnerships: CCI France International (Gold Member), ESA Beirut Coding Lab, Infomaniak, Member of the Lebanon Tech Alliance.

• • Delivery management of shared infrastructure services serving 4 datacenters, 15,000 assets, 250,000 end-users. 80% infrastructure rationalization (consolidation, virtualization, Shadow IT decommissioning, system & network environment security).

• • Multi-vendor maintenance management for 40 major clients: contract rationalization, 50% cost saving (from €1.5M to €750K annually); license consolidation & compliance, 25% cost saving.

• • Change Advisory Board Owner for shared infrastructure management services in France; continuous improvement management. Alignment of Group, Europe & India CABs with the IMSL France CAB. Preparation for the relocation of the 4 French datacenters.

• • Asset & Configuration Management Leadership: industrialization of asset and configuration management; deployment of the Configuration Management process covering all CSP & Datacenter departments. Development of the group's European data model.
