As part of the global deployment of "CMS Motor and Home" at the group level, AXA GO chose Salesforce.

This solution is structured around the components: eCare, ePro, ICVC, CC.ETC

As QA Manager, I designed and implemented operational QA delivery management through the Azure DevOps model to maintain testing activities, business coverage, and the test plan:

 Contribution to the test strategy (Process, RACI, presentation, task description, defect management, test data management..etc.)

 Testing activities were described and standardized with templates for the f, PBIs, UACs, E2E tests, test cases, and automation.

 Define E2E scenarios (Design, template, writing norms, training, and POK)

 Establish traceability of business coverage from requirement to test case

 Trained the SQUADS teams (GPO, BA, and testers)

 Ensure the proper application of the test strategy with stakeholders

 Communicate test progress reports and quality dashboards with relevant KPIs

Continuously, based on business needs and functional analysis, I defined user acceptance criteria, associated E2E tests, and test cases.

I participated in necessary governance meetings.

Technical environment: Salesforce, Azure DevOps, ISTQB, Gherkin, Scrum, Teams

As part of the NRCS change at the group level (headquarters, region, and overseas), France TV selected a new OPEN MEDIA software package from CGI.

This FTV solution is structured around the components:

 Lightweight client "Newsboard" providing editorial production assistance (story bin management, TV and radio coverage management, resource management)

 "OPEN Media" heavy client managing the production of TV news programs (conductor management, summaries, launches)

 "Iredac" mobile application specifically developed via WEB services, the FTV bus, and OPEN MEDIA APIs, providing editorial production assistance in mobility (remote subject management)

As Quality Control Manager, I implemented:

 Definition and implementation of the qualification process in agile mode

 Definition of the test plan covering the editorial and TV news production business processes (Broadcast)

 Functional and technical validation of the solution

 Non-regression management (execution and report definition)

 Management of relations with the supplier CGI (Definition of evolutions and defect management)

 Management of the documentation plan under Confluence

 Definition of User Acceptance Tests (UATs) and user support

 Production and/or consolidation of test reports (preparation, execution, ...)
