- PeriScopCo-founderDIGITAL AND ITJuly 2025 - Today (11 months)Montbonnot-Saint-Martin, FranceAs a Senior Project Manager, I specialize in innovation management and the support of complex software projects with significant technical, organizational, and business stakes. I am involved in both upstream phases and operational implementation, with a clear objective: to help teams transform ideas into concrete, viable, and successful projects.I support innovation teams in structuring their approach, using design thinking and frugal innovation principles. I enjoy working on the crucial moments where everything is decided: clarifying a vision, framing a problem, prioritizing, prototyping quickly, and securing a realistic path towards a meaningful product or service, both technically and economically.Coming from a software engineering background, with a strong foundation in systems architecture, I am accustomed to operating in demanding and complex industrial environments. I am familiar with the Grenoble ecosystem and the constraints of large industrial groups like Schneider Electric or EDF: critical systems, long cycles, high quality and safety requirements. This experience allows me to bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and industrial challenges, without losing sight of the realities on the ground.Recognized for my skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and product strategy, I focus on creating clear frameworks, aligning stakeholders, and securing projects over the long term. I place particular importance on team dynamics and the ability of teams to move forward pragmatically and effectively. In parallel to my client assignments at PeriScop, I am also a co-founder of the SCOP.
- Schneider-electricEmbedded Product Innovation SupportDIGITAL AND ITJanuary 2024 - June 2025 (1 year and 5 months)Grenoble, FranceI managed an innovation product project for Schneider Electric, in collaboration with the Home & Distribution Innovation teams, whose mission is to design the group's future products for the next 2 to 10 years for the residential and small industrial sectors. This followed their recognized work in ultra-low power, particularly on wireless and battery-less switches.Schneider approached us to support them on a new technological challenge: the design of a wireless and battery-less thermostat. The objective was ambitious: to develop a product capable of operating without a replaceable battery, with power supplied by extremely low energy consumption and recharged via photovoltaic cells, under less-than-optimal usage conditions (product fixed to a wall or placed on a table, low light). A true challenge combining embedded electronics, low-level software, strong energy constraints, and industrial trade-offs.Beyond managing experienced embedded teams responsible for electronic and software design, my role was to support the client in the very definition of the product. It was necessary to frame the vision, challenge user practices, arbitrate functionalities, and prioritize those that brought real user value while remaining technically and economically realistic. This approach, strongly inspired by design thinking, helped converge technological innovation, industrial constraints, and market expectations. After several years of development, punctuated by successive iterations—from a tabletop POC to an MVP presented to the CEO of Schneider Electric—the project resulted in an industrial pre-series, ultimately presented at CES in Las Vegas. An emblematic success for KZS LAB, illustrating my ability to manage disruptive innovation projects, from the initial idea to an international-level technological showcase.
- EDFResearch Project ManagementENERGY AND UTILITIESJanuary 2023 - June 2025 (2 years and 5 months)Grenoble, FranceIn order to maintain a high level of technical excellence and anticipate future uses, KZS LAB invests in internal research and innovation projects. One of them, Sherlock, required a significant part of my commitment due to its ambition and the complexity of the challenges to be reconciled. This project originated from the convergence of a critical industrial problem, applied research objectives, and the need for a service company to transform a disruptive innovation into a credible and valuable technological asset. My role was to manage this innovation by reconciling very different expectations: economic and strategic stakes, industrial and operational constraints, and scientific publication and validation objectives set by a partner research laboratory. On the industrial front, the challenge was significant: to ensure reliable traceability of old, often degraded, mechanical drawings as part of a 3D digitization and modeling program. The project aimed to secure the transition to new CAD drawings, guaranteeing the consistency and completeness of technical information. From a technological perspective, it was a true disruptive innovation challenge, combining image processing, complex data analysis, and algorithmic reasoning to interpret the technical meaning of heterogeneous representations (scanned paper drawings, 2D/3D CAD models).I oversaw the overall project management, facilitated collaboration between technical teams, industrial partners, and research stakeholders, and ensured constant alignment between scientific ambitions, industrial constraints, and economic realities. In 2024, the project was integrated into a European innovation program in the field of hydraulics, for which I served as the ESN's point of contact.
