Context: As part of the coronavirus health crisis, the State released an envelope of several billion euros to help French companies affected. This aid was distributed through bank loans guaranteed by Bpifrance on behalf of the State (PGE). In parallel, the Bpifrance Guarantee Directorate decided to transform its business, its organization, and its information system. Within the Project and Support team, I held the position of Lead Product Owner to manage the project of creating the directorate's new management application. This includes the PGE compensation process as an MVP. Challenges:

Context: As part of the digitalization of business processes, I worked on integrating an electronic signature solution into management processes. I automated low-value-added processes with RPA solutions. Finally, I participated in the evolutionary maintenance of the old management application. Achievements and Deliverables:
