My role: structure the UX/UI approach, align the roadmap with field needs, simplify critical high-social-impact journeys.

📌 What I did:

- Redesign of 6 portals (public site, registration, structure space, admin, DGCS, My DomiFa)

- Complete DSFR integration + RGAA accessibility compliance

- Campaign of interviews with structures, user testing, user journeys, empathy maps

- Identification and resolution of a critical pain point: irreversible action of sending mail without confirmation

- Redesign of complex journeys: unit mail distribution, household management

I supported the redesign of the internal CMS Infinity CMS, used for managing and publishing content on Eurosport's web and mobile applications. My role was to structure the UX/UI approach, optimize the experience for journalists and editors, and ensure smooth adoption of the tools (InPlan, InNova, Global CMS).
