Francis Boyer

After working on human resources development projects in 3 sectors (finance, culture, economic and social), Francis founded his managerial innovation consulting firm in 2010. As a speaker, organizational coach, and trainer, he supports companies in their transformation projects or in evolving their managerial practices and postures on 6 main themes: trust, co-responsibility, pleasure, collaboration, agility, and management.

He recently began working on topics such as resilience management, how to manage in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) environment, how to manage remote teams, and the new roles of managers.

He created the website to be a source of inspiration for leaders. For 7 years, he has been working with APM, where he enriches himself with all the experiences of the members to propose new team management concepts in order to facilitate the transition from a managerial culture focused on the Parent/Child relationship (Command & control) to a more co-responsible culture based on the Adult/Adult relationship.

All his work aims to help leaders manage their teams more effectively and, above all, more serenely.

He is the author of two books:
