• • Coordinated 3 Agile subteams (tariff models, bill of lading calculations, profitability engines) and the priorities of 3 fellow BAs.

• • Authored functional specifications, designed UAT, coordinated business testers, and managed go-live across releases; REST API testing and data validation with Postman, SQL, Excel, Power BI.

• • Founded the MSC internal BA Academy: trained 10+ analysts and personally conducted 50+ BA hiring interviews.

• • Internal BA lead for the company-wide SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation, working alongside Deloitte and SAP consultants across Supply Chain, Sales and Distribution, Warehouse, and Invoicing.

• • Owned the SAP SD module migration end-to-end (sales order management, delivery, invoicing, EWM warehouse

integration); delivered with zero data loss and full process continuity at go-live.

• • Led requirements workshops across business units, co-authored functional specifications, designed UAT scenarios, coordinated business testers, and managed stakeholder sign-off to production.

• • Partnered with the Process Optimization Manager to redesign the intercompany Order-to-Cash flow, aligning Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Controlling; trained and onboarded dozens of end users on S/4HANA (SD, MM, EWM, PP).
