Currently serving as Operations Manager for two business units with a distributed team across Europe and the Middle East, overseeing payroll, HR, procurement, onboarding, and internal processes for 20+ people. In parallel, I’ve consulted for leading fashion and luxury brands — including Valentino, Ferragamo, Moncler, and Aspesi — supporting the implementation of innovative technology solutions (AI, 3D design, process automation) to streamline internal workflows and accelerate digital adoption.

My approach is hands-on and results-driven. I don’t stop at analysis: I get into the processes, identify bottlenecks, and act — whether that means redesigning a workflow, building a custom internal tool, running a hiring pipeline, or managing launch logistics. Case in point: I designed and built a full HR and payroll management system — web app with mobile access, real-time sync, contract management, expense tracking — now live and used daily by the entire team.
