Francesco Alagna

My name is Francesco Alagna and I am a Scrum Master and Software Engineer with 16 years of professional experience. In the last 10 years, I have mainly focused on e-commerce development projects, leading and coaching several teams to successful project completion.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in various teams as either a Scrum Master or a Software Developer, supporting the Scrum Team and all stakeholders, and adhering to the principles of Scrum, as well as coordinating the joint efforts of e-commerce, ERP, WMS, and middleware experts in completing some complex architectures.

I am Italian, but I am fluent in German and English. This is because I lived in Germany for 7 years and worked mainly in international contexts, using the language that my audience was more comfortable with.

I like to use a holistic approach, combining my technical, management, and soft skills to bring a project to its goal. At the same time, I believe that the human factor, teamwork, and mutual knowledge sharing are key to success.
