I led the analysis of the current situation and the definition of the IT strategy to improve processes and optimize technological infrastructure. I implemented IT best practices to ensure business continuity, including cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery (DR), migration to Cloud Computing, and user awareness on security matters. I executed projects for migrating KARVE ERP to A3ERP, and for implementing the Odoo ERP.

I performed the analysis for the implementation of A3ERP for our clients and led improvements in the Odoo ERP (Addwill), a project for integrating the multi-company invoicing/expedient module, the vacation request module, and training. Likewise, I directed the migration of Karve ERP and A3CON to A3ERP, ensuring a smooth transition and reporting directly to the IT steering committee.

In the area of process automation, I integrated business areas into ongoing projects and led the analysis of new technological needs.
