Francesca Rossi Minelli

As a cultural project designer, I work on strategic planning, cultural policies, impact as sessment, proposal development, research, and the drafting of national and European funding applications. I have collaborated with professionals such as Roberta Capozucca and Carlo Ferretti, as well as with several organizations across Italy, developing socio-cul tural projects and submitting applications to calls from MiC, private foundations, Creative Europe, Culture Moves Europe, Erasmus+, TOCC, Fondazione con il Sud, and others. Among the partners I have worked with are Direzione Regionale Musei Puglia, Cactus SRL, Puglia Promozione, ReMade, BLOC Fest, Legambiente Marche, Base Milano, Sine glossa, Lamia Santolina, Montetullio lab, and others. Between 2024 and 2025, I worked on the conception, design, and production of artistic and installation-based projects in the cultural sector. At the same time, in the corporate area, I developed brand and visual identity projects, and also handled copywriting for companies and partners. In addition, I managed relations with artists and coordinated their projects.

I collaborated with Antonio Oriente, Project Manager for Edoardo Tresoldi, on the concep tion and development of artistic projects for major cultural institutions, including the Parco Archeologico del Colosseo, Segesta, Sibari, and Casa Galileo Galilei, as well as for local public administrations (Caselle in Pittari, Pisciotta). I also contributed to the реализации of Pelagos, by the artist Sam3, an award-winning project commissioned by the Regional Museums Directorate of Puglia. VIA FARINI, a center focused on supporting the professional growth of young artists and raising public awareness of contemporary artistic research. I designed artistic production, exhibition, and educational activities, as well as documentation and archiving services.
